Management Fee: A percentage of each booking (covers marketing, bookings, guest support, and operations).
One-Time Setup Fee: Covers initial onboarding, readiness, and marketing.

Standard ($750–$1,000) – Photos, expert listing creation, readiness inspection.
Premium ($1,200–$1,500) – Includes furnishing and styling consultation, upgraded photography, full amenity and inventory setup.
